I once had managed to lock my knees - I could barely move. This after consulting with doctors. Eventually I packed a small bag and checked myself at a naturopathy center in Bakhtawarpur. Have you tried naturopathy? I would suggest giving it a go.

Lovely funny essay. I know you are not looking for gyaan but I would like to share anyway. When knee pain shows up, I walk backwards for sometime everyday at home and it helps relieve the pain. All the best for your Gym plans and getting fit. Lovely sketches.

Chronic pain is frustrating and annoying, and turning it into humourous essay is no mean feat. I hope you have better luck with Gym Chalo Season 4. 🙌🏽
